MFA in Acting, Brooklyn College of the City University of New York

Banaue Miclat-Janssen studied BA Theatre Arts in UP Diliman, and the terminal Master of Fine Arts in Acting degree at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. She has been a professional theater actress and singer since 1992. Banaue specializes in teaching acting (Stanislavsky, Michael Chekhov, Uta Hagen), voice (Rodenburg, Linklater, Jones), movement (Alexander technique, basic stage combat), and improv. She also sings opera and is an Aliw Awards Foundation Hall of Fame awardee for Best Performance in a New Concept Production.
