Maria Fabiola Rodriguez Ortiz is a teacher and an animal welfare advocate. She graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Drama and a Master of Arts degree in Speech Communication. She handles the following courses: Speech 30 (Public Speaking and Persuasion), Speech 156 (Communication in Organizations), Speech 180 (Instructional Communication) and Speech 200 (undergraduate thesis). She served as Managing Director of Dulaang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas (Dulaang UP) from 2008 to 2012. She appeared in the play Bintao: Ang Buhay at Kabayanihan ni Wenceslao Q. Vinzons in 2018 for the 100th founding anniversary of Upsilon Sigma Phi Fraternity under the direction of Tony Mabesa and Alexander Cortez. She is an alumna of UP Sigma Delta Phi Sorority. She is also a volunteer for the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at San Beda University.
