I finished both my Bachelor of Mass Communication and MA in Communication Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in Communication at the College of Mass Communication of UP Diliman.

My research interests include discourse and media representation, women’s studies, family and political communication. Some of my researches have been presented to both local and international
conferences.

Aside from academic work, I also conduct communication trainings among professionals and corporate organizations. I reside in Bulacan with my family. Amongst others, tending my plants and jogging are my favorite stress relievers.
